Lighthearted
Personal nonsense and updates on life!!

Okay, so I know I haven't blogged in a while, but I'm feeling nostalgic. I am recently single, and I will soon embark upon my the last part of my undergraduate journey. I remember when I first started this blog my freshman year. I was so obsessed. I was only taking 13 hours that semester, and I was bored out of my mind. I don't think that will be a problem this semester. I'm only taking 12 hours, but they are all upper level courses in my major, and I have a ton of extracurriculars. Right now I am interning with Bass Hall. It is going pretty well. Some days are really slow and others there is plenty to do. Today is a slow day.

I've also recently realized that despite my boredom, there is a lot I have neglected to do this summer. I have a research project that I am 2+ months behind on collecting data for. I have yet to begin planning for the High School program for which I am the Coordinator... blah, blah, blah. Yes, so there is much to do in the next month or so.

Not to mention, within the neext 9 months, (hopefully) pay of my credit card debt (Credit cards are evil!) , get a car, a permanent, full-time job, an apartment -- and furnish said apartment. I don't know exactly how I'm going to accomplish all of that, but I am prayerful about everything. I really don't want to leave my home church now. I have not been there long and have not had the opportunity to get as involved as I would like.

I will try my best to keep it "lighthearted," or at least end things on a positive note.

;o)
